Traffic Cones
Sized right. Weighted right. Compliant.
PVC traffic cones for lane closures, parking, and short-duration work zones. Size drives the standard weight; collar options unlock based on cone height per MUTCD reflectivity rules.

Cone Height
Weight is fixed by height per standard spec.

Overview
PVC traffic cones are the workhorse channelizing device for lane closures, parking control, and short-duration work zones. Height dictates the standard base weight and which reflective collar combinations are MUTCD-legal for the roadway you're setting up on.
Key Features
- One-piece injection-molded PVC body resists cracking in cold weather
- UV-stabilized fluorescent orange color holds up to sun exposure without fading
- Recycled rubber-blend base absorbs impact and reduces bounce when struck
- Stackable design nests tight for transport and storage
- Reflective collars are heat-laminated - no adhesive edges to peel
Choosing a Size
- 18" (3 lb) - indoor use, parking lots, and pedestrian areas
- 28" (7 or 10 lb) - city streets, low-speed roadways, event control
- 36" (10 or 12 lb) - highways, high-speed corridors, freeway lane closures
Reflective Collars & MUTCD
MUTCD requires reflective collars on cones used at night. 28" cones commonly ship with a single 6" collar or a 4"+6" pair. 36" cones require dual collars (typically 6"+4" or 6"+6") for high-speed roadways. 18" cones are not collared - they're restricted to daytime and low-speed use.
Applications
- Utility repair and municipal maintenance
- Flagging operations and lane tapers
- Parking lot control and event routing
- Emergency and incident response
